Chicken Bacon Pasta

I put together this meal pretty quickly to feed my hungry hubby and son, comforting and filling. You can add cooked or canned vegetables too for a more complete meal.

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 can 10.5 oz Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth (I add chicken 1 bouillon cube to water chicken breasts cooked in)
- 1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2-4 strips of cooked bacon
- 4 cups cooked pasta of choice
Instructions
- Cook chicken breasts in water on stove or microwave, add bouillon cube to enhance chicken broth, add more water to make one cup.
- Remove chicken from water and dice into cubes.
- Add Cream of Chicken soup and Velveeta cheese to one cup chicken broth, mix well and heat until cheese melts and is smooth, stirring constantly.
- Cut or break cooked bacon into pieces.
- Drain cooked pasta (I use spiral pasta, but any will work), add Ranch dressing mix, chopped, cooked chicken, and most of the bacon.
- Mix the soup/cheese mixture into pasta and put all into 13 x 9 glass baking dish.
- Top with leftover bacon and shredded cheese.
- Place in preheated 350 oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
